إسهامات أنطوان مييه ووليام لابوف في علم الاجتماع اللغوي

Résumé: نتناول في هذا المقال عالمين في تخصص علم الاجتماع اللغوي وهما أنطوان ماييه ووليام لابوف، حيث تطرقنا لطبيعة العلاقة بينهما ودورهما في تشكيل وتأسيس هذا العلم على اعتبار انتماء كل منهما لصنفين متمايزين في الاهتمام بعلاقة اللغة بالمتغيرات اللغوية أو الاجتماعية، حيث يرى ماييه أن اللغة مؤسسة اجتماعية ويلح على أهمية الفعل الاجتماعي في اللغة وأما لابوف فينتمي لصنف لا ينفي تأثير المتغير الاجتماعي في اللغة، لكنه يقلل من أهميته، لذلك طرحنا إشكالية: ما هي مساهمة كل منهما في تأسيس علم الاجتماع اللغوي؟. كلمات مفتاحية: علم الاجتماع، علم الاجتماع اللغوي، اللغة، تغير المعنى، التغير اللغوي. Abstract : In this article we try, two actors in the sociology of language, Antoine Meillet and William Labov, where we discussed the nature of the relationship between them and their role in the formation and constitution of this science, following two distinct current interest in the relationship between language and linguistic or social variables, the first says that language is a social institution and insists on the importance of social reaction in language, and the second says that it belongs to a category that does not deny effect of the variable in the language, but this reduces its importance Therefore, we raised the question: What is the contribution of each of them in the establishment of sociology of language ?. .Keywords : Sociology, sociology of langage, langage, Change of meaning, Language change.
