الأحكام الموضوعية والإجرائية لمكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحليل توجه المشرّع الجزائري نحو القضاء على الجريمة الالكترونية، وفي نفس الوقت مُحاولة إبراز كيف تسعى الجزائر جاهدة إلى وضع رصيد تشريعي عقابي؛ موضوعي وإجرائي في سبيل مكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية بشتى مظاهرها ووسائل ارتكابها، ومقاربته قدر الإمكان مع التطور السريع والخطير لهذا النوع من الإجرام المعاصر. This article aims to analyze the direction of the Algerian legislator towards the elimination of cybercrime, while trying to highlight how Algeria is trying to achieve a legal arsenal put; from the side substantive and procedural in order to fight against cybercrime in all its manifestations and the means of its perpetration, withe format that corresponds toas possible with the rapid and dangerous development of this type of contemporary crime.
