علاقة الوالي بالمجالس المحلية المنتخبة
Résumé: لقد تطرقنا من خلال الفصل الأول إلى المركز القانوني للوالي من خلال تعريفه و خصائصه والإطار التنظيمي الذي يؤطر مهنة أو وظيفة الوالي كممثل للدولة و كممثل للولاية وكذلك ومن خلال الفصل تكلمنا بإسهاب في المبحث الثاني النظام القانوني للمجالس المحلية المنتخبة والإطار القانوني للمجلس الشعبي الولائي و كذلك الاطار القانوني للمجلس الشعبي البلدي وتشكلاتها وصلاحياتها ، وفي الفصل الثاني خصصنا الحديث على رقابة الوالي لكل من المجلس الشعبي الولائي والمجلس الشعبي البلدي بالتفصيل وفي الأخير ختمنا بحثنا بخاتمة إستخلصنا فيها النتائج ووضعنا إقتراحات يمكن أن تضيف للباحث في هذا المجال and also the framework In the second chapter, we devoted the discussion to the supervision of the governor for each of the People's Provincial Council and the Municipal People's Assembly in detail, and in the end we concluded our research with a conclusion in which we extracted the results and put forward proposals that could be added to the researcher in this field. In the first chapter we dealt with the legal position of the governor through its definition and characteristics and the organizational framework that frames the profession or position of the governor as a representative of the state and as a representative of the state, and also through the chapter we spoke at length in the second topic the legal system of elected local councils and the legal framework for the People's Wilaya Council.
