Résumé: الملخص: يتطلع هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن بعض الجوانب من مبادئ التعليمية في مجال الإعاقة الذهنية في ضوء نظريات التعلم، وحدود المشكلة تصاغ من خلال تدرج هذه النظريات حسب الأولويات، وحالات الإعاقة المختلفة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. نؤثر في هذا المقال أن نتكلم عن الإعاقة الذهنية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأثرها في اكتساب المهارات اللغوية Abstract: This researche is designed to uncover some sides of learnings principles in the field of mental handicap in the light of learnings theoy, the limit of the problem is interpretated through recycling these theories depends on priorities and the states Of mental handicap for special needs and its effect in the acquisition of linguistic Talents.
