قياس وتحليل مؤشرات الهجرة الداخلية لولاية باتنة إلى الولايات المجاورة لها خلال الفترة 1998-2008

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس الهجرة الداخلية خلال التعدادين الأخيرين 1998 و 2008 من ولاية باتنة إلى الولايات المجاورة لها وهذه الولايات هي بسكرة ، خنشلة، أم البواقي، المسيلة، سطيف، ميلة، وقد تبين أن خلال هذه الفترة ومن خلال حساب صافي الهجرة أن هناك ولايات جاذبة للسكان وولايات طاردة للسكان، كما أظهرت النتائج تباين شدة الهجرة الصافية في اتجاهات مختلفة لكل ولاية وذلك من خلال حساب فعالية الهجرة. إضافة إلى ذلك فقد بينت المؤشرات أن سكان ولاية باتنة فضلوا الهجرة إلى ولاية خنشلة، بسكرة، أم البواقي خلال الفترة 1998-2008. وأن التفاعل بين الولايات يكون تبعا لعدد السكان. ولا يرتبط بقرب أو ببعد المسافة. Abstract: This study aimed to measure internal migration during the last two censuses, 1998 and 2008, from the state of Batna to its neighboring states, and these states are Biskra, Khenchela, Oum El Bouaghi, Messila, Setif and Mila. The results also showed the variation in the intensity of net migration in different directions for each state, by calculating the effectiveness of migration. In addition, the indicators showed that the residents of the Wilayat of Batna preferred to migrate to the Wilayat of Khenchela, Biskra, or Oum El Bouaghi during the period 1998-2008. And that the interaction between the states is according to the population. It is not related to proximity or distance.
