Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التكنولوجيا المالية على جودة الأداء البنكي في بنك البركة الإسلامي لولايتي سكيكدة وقسنطينة، من خلال الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغ قوامها 50 موظفا، تم معالجة وتفسير البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية "SPSS V26" خلصت هذه الدراسة لوجود أثر إيجابي بارز بين التكنولوجيا المالية والأداء البنكي بأبعاده الأربعة (الأداء المالي، الأداء التسويقي، الأداء الوظيفي، الأداء الاستراتيجي)، وبالتالي تعد التكنولوجيا المالية من أهم الآليات المناسبة لرفع وتطوير مستويات الأداء البنكي. This study determined the impact of financial technology on the quality of banking performance at Al Baraka Islamic Bank (Skikda and Constantine). By relying on a questionnaire for the purpose of collecting data from a sample of 50 employees, the data obtained was processed and interpreted using the “SPSS V26” program. We conclude that there is a significant positive impact between financial technology and the quality of banking performance in its four dimensions (financial, marketing, functional, and strategic performances). Therefore, financial technology is among the most appropriate mechanisms for raising and developing levels of banking performance.
