الإبداع التكنولوجيودوره في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة في المؤسسة دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للغازات الصناعية ليندغاز -ورقلة
Résumé: The aim of this study was to highlight the role of technological innovation as a form of creativity in developing the competitive advantage of organizations, by determining the relationship between types of technological innovation and types of competitive advantage. To investigate the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 35 statements was used to gather preliminary information from the study sample, which comprised 35 individuals representing the employees of Lindgas Industrial Gases Company in Ouargla. In light of this, the data was collected, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS v25). After analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, it was found that the degree of organizational adoption of technological innovation is high according to the perspective of the study sample. The results also showed a high level of application through the statistically significant relationship between technological innovation and its dimensions and sustainable competitive advantage. There were no differences in the attitudes of the respondents on the subject attributed to personal variables such as gender, age, experience, academic level, and job level.
