واقع السياحة والحرف التقليدية في مدينة ورقلة، دراسة أنثروبولوجية

Résumé: أثرت التغيرات التي شهدتها المجتمعات الصحراوية ومنها مجتمع مدينة ورقلة على السياحة، متأثرة بالنظام الاجتماعي الذي يرفض الاحتكاك والاتصال الثقافي مع السياح خوفا من التأثيرات السلبية للسياحة على البعد الثقافي والهوية الاجتماعية والتراثية للمنطقة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على خطوات المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الإطار الاجتماعي والثقافي المميز الذي تحكمه عادات وتقاليد وعمران خاص إلى جانب الورع الديني والبساطة الذي يميز الانسان الصحراوي، ما يطرح العديد من الإشكالات التي يسعى البحث الأنثروبولوجي لتفسير وتحليل واقع السياحة وعلاقة المجتمع المحلي بها وتأثيراتها الاجتماعية والثقافية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التغير الاجتماعي والخصوصيات الثقافية للنسق القرابي لمجتمع ورقلة له تأثير كبير على السياحة في المنطقة، وأثبتت أن النشاط السياحي والحرفي التقليدي لم يرقى لمستوى المؤهلات السياحية المتنوعة لمنطقة ورقلة لأسباب اجتماعية واقتصادية وأمنية وإدارية. The changes that desert societies have witnessed, including the community of the city of Ouargla, have affected tourism, Affected by the social system that refuses cultural contact and contact with tourists for fear of the negative effects of tourism on the cultural dimension and the social and heritage identity of the region, The study relied on the steps of the descriptive approach to analyze the distinctive social and cultural framework that is governed by customs, traditions, and a special construction in addition to the religious piety and simplicity that characterizes the desert man, This raises many problems that anthropological research seeks to explain and analyze the reality of tourism, the relationship of the local community to it, and its social and cultural impacts. The study found that the social change and the cultural peculiarities of the affinity pattern of the Ouargla community has a great impact on tourism in the region, And it proved that the traditional tourism and craftsmanship did not live up to the various tourism qualifications of the Ouargla region for social, economic, security and administrative reasons.
