Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تبيان دور القاضي الاستعجالي في حفظ الأمن البيئي ،خصوصا أمام تــــزايــــــد الوعـي العالمـي بأهميــــــــة المحافظة على البيئة من جهة ،و تكريس المشرع الجزائري للحق في بيئة سليمة كحق دستوري. Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the role of the emergency judge in preserving environmental security. Especially in view of the increasing awareness of the world about the importance of preserving the environment on the one hand, and the dedication of the Algerian legislator to the right to a healthy environment as a constitutional right.
