قياس وتحليل أثر السياسة النقدية على استهداف التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2021 باستخدام منهجية Nardl Measuring And Analyzing The Impact Of Monetary Policy On Inflation Targeting In Algeria During 1990-2021 Using The Nardl Methodology

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل تأثير السياسة النقدية على سياسة استهداف التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1990 إلى 2021، وذلك باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة غير الخطية (NARDL). يمثل معدل التضخم (INF) المتغير التابع في النموذج، بينما تمثل كل من سعر الصرف (EXCH)، وسعر إعادة الخصم (DR)، والعرض النقدي (M2) المتغيرات المستقلة. وقد خلص البحث إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من العرض النقدي، وسعر الصرف بالقيمة الموجبة على التضخم في المدى القصير، ووجود تأثير سلبي ومعنوي للمتغير سعر الصرف على التضخم في المدى القصير، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي للمتغير سعر إعادة الخصم بالقيمة الموجبة على التضخم في الاجل الطويل والقصير. هذا، وقد أكدت نتائج الدراسة على عدم تناظر العرض النقدي في الأجل الطويل، وعدم تناظر سعر إعادة الخصم في الأجل الطويل والقصير. This study aims to measure and analyze the impact of monetary policy on the inflation targeting policy in Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2021, using the Nonlinear Autoregressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) methodology. The inflation rate (INF) is the dependent variable in the model, while the exchange rate (EXCH), the discount rate (DR), and the money supply (M2) are the independent variables. The research concluded that there is a significant positive impact of both the money supply and the exchange rate at positive values on inflation in the short term, and a significant negative impact of the exchange rate on inflation in the short term. Additionally, there is a significant positive impact of the discount rate at positive values on inflation in both the long and short terms. The study also confirmed the asymmetry of the money supply in the long term and the asymmetry of the discount rate in both the long and short terms.
