مساهمة صندوق الزكاة في خلق المشاريع المقاولاتية النسوية بالجزائر-دراسة لصندوق زكاة ولاية سيدي بلعباس-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثیة إلى تقییم تجربة صندوق زكاة ولاية سيدي بلعباس في خلق مقاولات خاصة بالنساء وهذا باعتبار أن المقاولاتية أصبحت تمثل الخيار الأفضل للجزائر من اجل تنويع وتوسيع قاعدة مصادر اقتصادها. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى انه بالرغم من النتائج التي يحققها الصندوق من سنة إلى أخرى في كافة ولايات الوطن عموما وفي ولاية سيدي بلعباس بالتحديد، إلا انه يمكن القول بأن الأهداف التي سطرت لأجله و المتعلقة بمنح القروض الحسنة لدعم المقاولة النسوية بالجزائر لا تزال بعيدة التحقيق و لم تحقق الأهداف المرجوة منه. Abstract : This study aims to evaluate the experience of the Zakat Fund of the Wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes in creating enterprises for women, and this given that entrepreneurship has become the best option for Algeria to diversify and expand its economic resource base. The study found that despite the results achieved by the Fund from year to year in all states of the country in general and in the state of Sidi Bel Abbes in particular, it can be said that the goals that were laid out for him and related to the granting of good loans to support the female entrepreneur in Algeria are still far from being achieved and did not achieve the desired goals
