قیمة الموارد المائیة الموسمیة في التنمیة بالمناطق الشبه جافة بولایة شمال درافور – السودان

Résumé: ھدفت الورقة لمعرفة قیمة الماء واثره علي التنمیة، وإدخال برامج توعیة وإرشاد في المواطن تجاه الموارد المائیة. تأتي أھمیتھا لضرورة تبني برامج تنمویة تساعد على الاستقرار، تذكیر المواطن بنعمة الماء وكیفیة المحافظة علیھا، مع طرح ثقافة مشاركة الموارد دون نزاع. تبلورت مشكلة الورقة في عدم استغلال میاه الامطار كحصاد للمیاه، وعدم وضوح الرؤیة التنمویة مع زیادة الحوجة للمیاه اصبحت بعض مصادر المیاه اساس للمشكلات. افترضت الورقة اقامة مشاریع لحصاد المیاه سیؤدي لتلبیة الطلب، وحسن إدارة الموارد المائیة یؤمن قدراً كبیراً من المیاه السطحیة. وكثرة انشاء مشاریع حصاد المیاه یقلل الاحتكاكات البشریة بین المستفیدین. انتھجت الورقة الخلفیة التاریخیة للموضوع، بجانب المنھج الوصفي والاحصائي والتحلیلي ثم الأصولي. واعتمدت الورقة على مصادر أولیة من الواقع المیداني، وخرائط الاساس والصور الفضائیة، كما تنوعت في المصادر الثانویة من تقاریر واوراق سابقة ومراجع ونحوه. أھم النتائج تمثلت في؛ معدلات ھطول الامطار بالمنطقة عالیة، عدم وجود مشاریع حصاد میاه فعالة، فشل كثیر من مشاریع التنمیة بالمنطقة بسبب المیاه. واوصت الورقة على الاھتمام بمشاریع حصاد المیاه كضرورة حتمیة لنجاح مشاریع التنمیة، بث وتثبیت التقنیات المتنوعة لحصاد المیاه بالمنطقة، لبعدھا عن المجاري المائیة الدائمة والإستفادة من معدلات ھطول الأمطار. ضرورة الاھتمام بالبحوث والدراسات في شكل مجموعات بحثیة متخصصة. The purpose of the paper to see the value of water and its impact on development, the introduction of awareness and guidance programs in the citizen towards the water resources. It comes importance of the need to adopt development programs help to stability, to remind the citizen by the grace of the water and how to maintain them, with the introduction of the culture of sharing resources without conflict.
