Enjeux Et Concept Des Espaces Verts Dans Le Developpement Durable Urbain : Proposition D’amenagement D’un Espace Vert Forestier D’une Ville Du Nord-est Algerien
Résumé: The sustainable development is an awareness integrated by the various dimensions in which man develops. Applied to a district and to its buildings, the sustainable development approach aims to define the main options that now make the city livable, desirable for its inhabitants and users will and the organization of political decision makers, technical managers and stakeholders are at the heart of this approach. The environmental protection is thus more considered as an obstacle to the development, but on the contrary as a condition necessary for a sustainable development. This willingness, urban policies have since devoted considerable importance to urban green spaces that are allocated to open space. In Algeria the green space is considered almost an investment of just temporary decoration for a visit of an official. With green spaces designed and adapted to our towns and villages, the population will be more comfortable in its territory and peace with oneself and with nature. How then to explain the decadence of our living environment over the entire Algerian territory. Skikda, a coastal city in north-eastern Algeria also accused a large deficit in parks like the other Algerian cities. Indeed, real Skikda petrochemical pole undergoes daily an alarming degradation of the environment and the living environment of its population under the combined action of several constraints: - Large flow of rural-urban migration; - Thoughtless urbanization of its space which confuse the industrial fabric in urban and agricultural tissues; - Urban pollution generated by various combustions domestic homes and motor vehicles; - A specific industrial pollution linked to different processes of the units. For various reasons the problem of green areas in urban cities has never been seriously studied until now in Algeria is why we suggested in our work a proposed development of a suburban area of Skikda in forest green space.
