انعكاسات المهددات الراهنة للأمن الإنساني على الدول المغاربية: دراسة في تداعيات التهديد الوبائي كورونا

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على أبرز مهددات الأمن الإنساني الراهنة والمتمثلة في التهديد الوبائي كورونا ومختلف تداعياته على دول المغرب العربي، وذلك من خلال الوقوف عند مختلف التهديدات الوبائية التي عرفتها الدول المغاربية وصولا إلى وباء كورونا، بالإضافة إلى إبراز مختلف الانعكاسات والتحديات التي ستفرضها أزمة كورونا سواء على المستوى الاقتصادي أو الجيوسياسي. ووفقا لهذا تبيّن أن التهديدات الوبائية تعتبر من أخطر مهددات الأمن الإنساني، نظرا لمساسها بأبعاده وسرعة انتشارها وتهديد أمن الأفراد والدول، ومن بينها الدول المغاربية، التي كشف فيها فيروس كورونا العديد من التداعيات التي ألزمت وضع إستراتيجيات وسياسات للحد منها، ومن جهة أخرى يمكن لأزمة كورونا أن تساهم في إعادة هندسة البناء المغاربي وتقويته. Abstract: This study seeks to focus on the most prominent human threats Represented in Corona pandemic and its various implications on the Arab Maghreb countries, by standing at the various of epidemic threats knew by Maghreb countries down to the Corona epidemic, in addition to the highlights of the implications and challenges that will be imposed by the Corona crisis both in the economic level or geopolitical. According to this, the epidemic threats are considered to be the most serious human threats, given their paths with its dimensions, the speed of its spread and the threat of the individuals and countries; including Maghreb countries, the corona virus has revealed many of repercussions that have committed to developing strategies and policies to reduce them, on the other hand, the Corona crisis can contribute to the reconstruction of Maghreb construction and strengthens.
