دراسة تحليلية قياسية لمحددات التضخم في الجزائر للفترة 1970-2018

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الاطار النظري والنظريات المفسرة لظاهرة التضخم هذا من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس تأثير بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية والنقدية على معدل التضخم في الجزائر للفترة 1970-2018. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقات ذو دلالة إحصائية إيجابية وسلبية بين معدل التضخم وبقية المتغيرات بالنسبة للتأخيرات الثلاث، وقد بين تحليل التباين التأثير القوي لكل من الكتلة النقدية والنفقات العامة على معدل التضخم والتأثير المتوسط والضعيف لبقية المتغيرات، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سببية في اتجاهين بين معدل التضخم والنفقات العامة ووجود علاقة سببية في اتجاه واحد بين معدل التضخم وكل من الكتلة النقدية وسعر الصرف. The study aims to define the theoretical framework and theories explaining this phenomenon of inflation on the one hand, and on the other hand, the study aims to analyze and measure the impact of some economic and monetary variables on the inflation rate in Algeria for the period 1970-2018. The study found that there are positive and negative statistically significant relationships between the rate of inflation and the rest of the variables for the three delays, the analysis of variance showed the strong influence of the monetary mass and public expenditures on the inflation rate and the medium and weak effect of the rest of the variables. The study also found a causal relationship in two directions between the inflation rate and public expenditures, and the existence of a one-way causal relationship between the inflation rate and each of the monetary mass and the exchange rate.
