دور التنمية البشرية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التنمية البشرية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، تم إجراء دراسة حالة لهذا الدور من خلال أراء عينة من موظفي مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة؛ اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة الميدانية على الاستبانة كأداة في جمع المعلومات والإجابة على إشكالية وفرضيات الدراسة حيث؛ تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة من موظفي مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة، واختيرت من مجتمع الدراسة عينة البالغ عددها 55موظف؛ أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين التنمية البشرية بمختلف أبعادها (بعد التدريب، بعد التحفيز، بعد القيادة)، في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمية البشرية، الميزة التنافسية، مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة. Summary: The study aimed to know the role of human development in achieving competitive advantage. A case study of this role was conducted through the opinions of a sample of employees of the Hudna Mills Corporation in M'sila. In this field study, we relied on the questionnaire as a tool in collecting information and answering the problem and hypotheses of the study. The study population consisted of a sample of the employees of the Hudna Mills Corporation in M'sila, and a sample of 55 employees was selected from the study population; The results of the study showed a statistically significant effect between human development in its various dimensions (after training, after motivation, after leadership), in achieving the competitive advantage in the Hudna Mills Corporation in Al-M'sila.
