دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي- الجمعية الخيرية إيثار لرعاية الأيتام بالوادي أنموذجا-

Résumé: تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع الجمعيات الخيرية ومعرفة مدى مساهمتها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وذلك باختيار الجمعية الخيرية إيثار لرعاية الأيتام بالوادي نموذجا تطبيقيا للدراسة، والتي تسعى إلى تقديم مساعدات مالية نقدية كانت أو عينية، قصد تأمين الرعاية المادية والمعنوية والاجتماعية والصحية للأيتام وأسرهم المتكفل بهم من قبل أصحاب الخير والأعضاء المشتركين فيها. وما توصلت إليه دراستنا أن الجمعية الخيرية لها مساهمة فعالة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي على المستوى المحلي بمختلف أبعاده، وإضافة إلى ذلك تحسين المستوى المعيشي والصحي والتعليمي والثقافي والبيئي للأيتام وأسرهم المتكفل بها، كل ذلك لأجل الوصول إلى استقرار اجتماعي واقتصادي. Abstract This research addressed the subject of charitable organizations and their level of contribution to food security. In order to examine this matter, the researcher selected Ethar charity for orphans care in El-Oued as a case study. Ethar charity aims, through generous people and contributors, to provide monetary and non-monetary aid to orphans and their families, ensuring their financial, moral, social, and health security. Our study revealed that the charitable organization significantly contribute to achieving food security at multiple levels domestically (or within the wilaya). Along with improving the living, health, educational, cultural, and environmental condition, for the orphans and their families. All of these endeavors strive to attain social and economic stability.
