دور الحوكمة في جذب الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في بعض البلدان العربية دراسة قياسية الفترة بين 2002 الى 2017

Résumé: "يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر الحوكمة في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر 05 بلدان عربية (الجزائر، مصر، تونس، المغرب، الأردن) خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2002-2017، باستخدام بيانات البانل، عن طريق نماذج البيانات الطويلة في ثلاثة أشكال: نموذج الانحدار التجميعي، ونموذج التأثيرات الثابتة، ونموذج التأثيرات العشوائية. وقد أشارت أهم النتائج إلى زيادة الوزن النسبي لمؤشر الاستقرار السياسي وسيادة القانون ضمن مكونات مؤشر الحوكمة في البلدان العربية محل الدراسة, الأمر الذي أمكن التوصل إلى نتيجة هامة مفادها أنه إذا رغبت البلدان العربية في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر فهناك حاجة ماسة إلى تبني وبناء نموذج جديد يركز على الجوانب المرتبطة بالإصلاح المؤسسي والإداري لدولةـ، أي إيجاد آليات جديدة لتنفيذ القائمة على تفعيل المشاركة ما بين جميع أفراد المجتمع ومؤسساته في اتخاذ القرار, ولا ننسى أيضا الدور الهام للقطاع الخاص في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي للبلدان العربية. ""The aim of this study is to study the impact of gouvernance in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) in Arab countries (Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco and Jordan) during the period 2002-2017 Using data from the panel, using long data models in three forms: regression model Synthesis, the static effects model, the random effects model. The most important results indicated that the relative weight of the political stability index and the rule of law in the components of the governance index in the Arab countries under study was increased. This led to the conclusion that if the Arab countries want to attract foreign direct investment, On the aspects related to the institutional and administrative reform of the State, ie, the creation of new mechanisms to implement the list on activating the participation among all members of society and its institutions in decision-making, and not forgetting the important role of the private sector in improving the economic performance of the Arab countries.
