Résumé: Abstract: After our study of the role of mediation in resolving administrative disputes, we concluded that resorting to alternative solutions to resolving conflicts in our time is urgent, in order to meet the requirements of contemporary life, which the courts are no longer able to address alone. Mediation is one of the alternative solutions to settling disputes addressed by the Algerian legislator, and this trend was actually embodied by the issuance of Law No. 09-08 of February 25, 2008, which includes the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law. The lawyer or the lawyer who implements the mediation is called the mediator, and his work is limited to the application of some matters, including facilitating the means and methods of discussion between the parties to the conflict.
