أثر معدلات النمو الاقتصادي على معدلات البطالة في الجزائر (دراسة قياسية اقتصادية خلال الفترة 1970-2014)

Résumé: حاولنا في هذه المقالة الوصول لتحديد العلاقة بين معدلات النمو والبطالة في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة ما بين 1970 و2014، وذلك بالاعتماد على التحليل الوصفي لمتغيرات الدارسة وكذلك حاولنا تحديد العلاقة القائمة بين معدلات النمو الاقتصادي والبطالة فيOKUN الجزائر بتقدير قياسي مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار ما مدى تطبيق قانون في الواقع الاقتصاد الجزائري وقد توصلنا إلى إن: * العلاقة القائمة بين الدلالات الإحصائية للنمو الاقتصادي والبطالة في الجزائر ترتبط بسياسات الاقتصادية المعتمدة في التخفيف من حدة المؤشرات الاقتصادية والتي لها تأثير سلبي على التطور الاقتصادي؛ *وكذلك الأوضاع الاقتصادية العالمية كون أن الاقتصاد الجزائري ذو طبيعة رعية مما يجعل له ارتباط قوي بالتغيرات في أسعار النفط وهذا ما يتطلب تغيير هذا النمط الاقتصادي ليكسب استقلالية نسبية تسمح له بالتماشي مع السياسات الاقتصادية المعتمدة بالإضافةإلى توفير البيئة الملائمة والآليات الناجعة لرسم وتجسيد مخططات والبرامج المستقبلية لمواكبة التطورات الدولية مما يستوجب المحافظة على جملة من التوازنات الاقتصادية في الجزائر؛ I tried in this article to determine the relationship between economic growth rates and unemployment rates in Algeria for the period between 1970 and 2014 depending on a descriptive analysis of the variables of the study,On the other hand I also tried to determine the relation ship between economic growth and unemployment rates in Algeria using a quantitative analysis, Taking into consideration finding out how is the extent of applying Okun's law with the reality of the Algerian economy is linked to : * The adopted economic policies for alleviation of economic indicators, which have a negative impact on economic development. *Global economic conditions, considering that the Algerian economy has a dependency nature, WhichMakesit connected strongly with the changes of global oil prices. Which requires to change thiseconomic pattern to make a kind of proportional independence which hallow sit to cope with the adopted economic policies, In addition to providing an appropriate environment and effective mechanisms for develop plans and future programs in order to abreast the current global development ,which require espreservation of many of balances in Algeria.
