مساهمة المباني الخضراء في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة: التجربة الصينية أنموذجا

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار مساهمة المباني الخضراء في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالصين، ومن بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن الصين تمكنت من قطع أشواط معتبرة في مجال المباني الخضراء، والتي ساهمت في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بهذه الدولة، إلا أن هناك عدة تحديات وعوائق أدت إلى تباطئ في تبني المباني الخضراء بالصين، من أهمها: عدم وجود طلب في السوق على المباني الخضراء. This study aimed to show the contribution of green buildings to achieving sustainable development in China, and among the most important findings that China was able to make significant strides in the field of green buildings, which contributed to achieving sustainable development in this country, however, there are several challenges and obstacles that led to a slowdown In the adoption of green buildings in China, one of the most important: the lack of market demand for green buildings.
