سوء المعاملة الوالدية النفسية: تداعياتها، وطرق التدخل الوقائي والعلاجي لها

Résumé: إن الخبرات الأولى في حياة الطفل تترك أثرا كبيرا على أغلب مظاهر نموه الاجتماعي والانفعالي وحتى الجسدي، فخصوصية هذه المرحلة تجعل منه يتأثر بكل ما يمر به سواءا سلبا أو إيجابيا، ومن بين الأسباب التي يكون لها وقعا كبيرا على الصحة النفسية للطفل هي الإساءة النفسية، يتعرض لها الطفل لها عوامل متعددة محددة ومهيئة لحدوثها ،وتكون تداعياتها على النفس أعمق و تمتد آثارها إلى مراحل متقدمة في حياة الإنسان ، فشتم الطفل بصفات مؤذية وتحقيره أمام أقرانه وإهماله بأبسط حقوقه وإشعاره أنه مرفوض يكون له بالغ التأثير العميق في شخصيته و تختلف درجة تأثير الإساءة حسب طبيعة الشخص مصدر الإساءة فإذا كان أحد الوالدين أو كليهما، يكون تأثيرها أكبر من أي شخص آخر، كون يفترض فيهما أن يكونا مصدر حماية وحنان ورعاية وليس مصدر تهديد وخوف. The first experiences in the child's life have a significant impact on most aspects of his or her social, emotional and even physical development. The characteristics of this stage make him or her vulnerable to all that he or she experiences, whether negative or positive. One of the reasons that has a significant impact on the child's mental health is psychological abuse, to which the child is subjected with multiple specific factors that prepare for her or her occurrence, and whose effects on the self are deeper and extend to advanced stages of human life, The extent of the impact of the abuse varies depending on the nature of the person who is the source of the abuse. If one or both parents have a greater impact than anyone else, since they are supposed to be a source of protection, compassion, care, rather than a source of threat and fear.
