أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية في التشارك المعرفي دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لاختبار طبيعة أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية في التشارك المعرفي لدى عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من افراد العينة البالغ عددهم 35 أستاذ و التي حددت بطريقة العينة غير العشوائية الهدفية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية أنه لجودة الحياة الوظيفية أثر إيجابي في التشارك المعرفي لدى أساتذة الكلية راجع لتأثير التوازن بين الحياة الوظيفية والشخصية، كما توصلت الدراسة أنه ليس لكل من العدالة التنظيمية والتمكين والأمن الوظيفي أثر في التشارك المعرفي. This study aims to test the nature of the functioning of the quality of career in the knowledge sharing of a sample of the faculty of economic, commercial and management sciences professors at jijel university, where the questionnaire was used as a means for collecting the data from a sample composed of 35 professor which is identified in the way of non-random objective sample. The results of the applied study reached that the quality of career has a positive impact on the knowledge sharing for the faculty professors seeing to impact the balance between functional and personal life in addition, the stydy reachd that it was not for all organizational justice, empowerment and job security have no impact on knowledge sharing.
