مساهمة رأس المال المعرفي في تنمية الإبتكار البيداغوجي بالجامعات الجزائرية –من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس-

Résumé: ملخص: تمحورت أهداف الدراسة في اختبار العلاقات التأثيرية لأبعاد رأس المال المعرفي، (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال الاجتماعي) على الابتكار البيداغوجي في الجامعات الجزائرية من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس. اعتمدت الدراسة على الإستبانة الإلكترونية في جمع البيانات، وشملت العينة البحثية على 90 استجابة قابلة للتحليل بالبرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية spss 20، قامت الدراسة بعدة اختبارات إحصائية لمتغيرات الدراسة، والنموذج العام المتعلق بالانحدار المتعدد، سمح لنا بالتوصل إلى أن كل من بعد رأس المال البشري ورأس المال الاجتماعي لهما علاقة تأثير إيجابية وجوهرية على الابتكار البيداغوجي، لكن لم توفق الدراسة في إيجاد العلاقة التأثيرية الإيجابية بين المتغير المستقل رأس المال الهيكلي والابتكار البيداغوجي. Abstract : The objectives of the study in testing the impact relationships of the dimensions of knowledge capital (human capital, structural capital, social capital) focused on pedagogical innovation in Algerian universities the point of view of the faculty mumbers. The study was based on e-questionnaire synopsis in data collection, and the research sample included 90 analytical responses from the Statistical Program of Social Sciences (SPSS 20), the study carried out several statistical tests of the variables, and the general model of multiple regression, which allowed us to find that both the dimension of human capital and social capital had a positive and substantial relationship to pedagogical innovation, but the study did not succeed in finding the positive impact relationship between independent structural capital and pedagogical innovation.
