استخدام مؤشر مالمكويست في قياس تغير إنتاجية الاقتصاد الجزائري خارج المحروقات خلال الفترة 2010-2017

Résumé: إن تبني الجزائر لنموذج نمو جديد سنة 2016 يهدف إلى التخلص من تبعية الاقتصاد الوطني لقطاع المحروقات وزيادة التنويع الاقتصادي، زاد من أهمية دراسة تغيرات الاقتصاد خارج المحروقات، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس تغير إنتاجية الاقتصاد الجزائري خارج المحروقات باستخدام مؤشر مالمكويست، الذي يقيس تغير الإنتاجية الكلية من خلال تقسيمها إلى عاملي التغير في الكفاءة والتغير التقني. وبينت النتائج ضعف الإنتاجية الكلية سواء في المقارنة المكانية والتي كانت بين القطاعات الاقتصادية الرئيسية أو في المقارنة الزمنية والتي كانت بين سنوات الدراسة التي امتدت من 2010 حتى 2017، كما بين المؤشر التقني لإنتاجية الاقتصاد الجزائري خارج المحروقات ضعف استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في العمليات الإنتاجية. Abstract: Algeria's adoption of a new growth meodel in 2016 aimed at eliminating the dependence of the national economy on the hydrocarbons sector and increasing economic diversification, has increased the importance of studying changes in the economy outside hydrocarbons, this study aimed to measure the change in the productivity of the Algerian economy outside hydrocarbons using the Malmquist Index, which measures the total productivity change by dividing it into the factors of chang in efficiency and technological change. The results showed weak overall productivity, both in the spatial comparison, which was between the main economic sectors or in the time comparison, wich was between the years of study, which lasted from 2010 to 2017, as well as the technical index showed the weakness of the use of the modern technology in production processes.
