Résumé: تعتبر الثقافة السياسية جوهر عملية التنشئة السياسية و وظيفة من أهم وظائفها، من خلال نقلها وخلقها ومن ثم تغييرها للثقافة السياسية، فالتنشئة السياسية هي عملية تلقين للمعارف والقيم والسلوكيات السياسية وتعليم الفرد معايير سياسية، ومن هنا نسعى للبحث عن أفضل الأساليب والممارسات التي على مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة تبنيها لتكريس ثقافة الحكم الراشد، ثقافة قوامها قيم الديمقراطية والحرية والمساواة وسيادة القانون والنزاهة، لتشكيل جيل واع ومساهم ومساءل يعمل على المشاركة في بناء منظومة حكم راشد، التي أساسها دولة الحق والقانون ودولة المؤسسات التي تضمن للمواطنين حقوقهم وحرّياتهم لتحقيق الإستقرار والتنمية. Abstract: We consider the political culture as the essence of the political socialization process and one of its most important functions; through its transfer, creation and then changing it to the political culture. We can conclude that the political socialization is the process of indoctrination for knowledge, values, apolitical behaviors and teaching the individual the political criteria. From here we try to search for the best methods and practices that different institutions of socialization must adopt to dedicate the culture of good governance; a culture that’s based on values of democracy, freedom, equality, rule of law and integrity to form a conscious, participatory and accountable generation that will participate in building a system of good governance and a state institutions that guarantees to citizens of their rights and freedoms to achieve stability and development.
