الألم النفسي لدى الأحداث الجانحين ذوي التشويه الذاتي الجسدي

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "الألم النفسي لدى الأحداث الجانحين ذوي التشويه الذاتي الجسدي" والتي هدفت الى التعرف على مستوى الألم النفسي الذي يعاني منه الأحداث الجانحين ذوي التشويه الذاتي الجسدي، ومدى مساهمته في ظهور سلوك التشويه الذاتي الجسدي لديهم، ولقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي، وتم استخدام الملاحظة، والمقابلة نصف الموجهة، ومقياس الألم النفسي كأدوات للدراسة، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على خمس (5) حالات عيادية، يتواجدون في مركز اعادة التربية بعين مليلة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، من الأحداث الجانحين ممن يمارسون سلوك التشويه الذاتي الجسدي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: - الأحداث الجانحون ذوي التشويه الذاتي الجسدي يعانون من مستوى مرتفع جدا من الألم النفسي. - توجد فروق في مستويات الألم النفسي (الاكتئاب، القلق والضغط) لدى الأحداث الجانحين ذوي التشويه الذاتي الجسدي. - يساهم الألم النفسي في ظهور سلوك التشويه الذاتي الجسدي لدى بعض الأحداث الجانحين. Abstract: This study dealt with the topic: "Psychological pain among juvenile delinquents with physical self-mutilation." Which aimed to identify the level of psychological pain experienced by juvenile delinquents with physical self-mutilation, and its contribution to the emergence of physical self-mutilation behavior, The clinical approach was relied upon, observation and semi-directed interview were used, And psychological pain scale as tools for the study. The study was applied to five (5) clinical cases, who are located in the Re-Education Center in Ain Melilla, They were intentionally selected from juvenile delinquents who practice physical self-mutilation behaviour. The study reached the following results: - Juvenile delinquents with physical self-mutilation suffer from a very high level of psychological pain. - There are differences in the levels of psychological pain (depression, anxiety and stress) among juvenile delinquents with physical self-mutilation. - Psychological pain contributes to the emergence of physical self-mutilation behavior in some juvenile delinquents.
