الاحتراق النفسيلدى الممرصين
Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الاحتراق النفسي المهني (مرتفع/متوسط/منخفض) عند الممرضين العاملين في مركز مكافحة السرطان رزقي البشير بالوادي، تكونت العينة من( (40ممرض وممرضة حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، تم استخدام مقياس ماسلاش( لفرج عبد القادر طه) و(مصطفى عازب) للاحتراق النفسي المهني. وقد تم تحليل النتائج باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ واختبار T.test ومعادلة جيتمان وسبيرمان وبراون. حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - أن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي المهني عند الممرضين متوسطة - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي المهني بين متوسط درجات الذكور ومتوسط درجات الإناث. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاحتراق النفسي المهني بين متوسط درجات الممرضين ذوي الخبرة القصيرة وذوي الخبرة الطويلة. - كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا الاحتراق النفسي المهني تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية. Abstract The current study aimed to identify the level of occupational psychological burnout (high/medium/low) among nurses working in the Rizqi Al-Bashir Cancer Control Center in Al-Wadi. ) and (Mustafa Azeb) for occupational psychological burnout.The results were analyzed using arithmetic means, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, T.test, and Gitman, Spearman and Brown equation.The results showed the following: - The level of occupational psychological burnout among nurses is medium - There are no statistically significant differences in occupational psychological burnout between the mean scores of males and the mean scores of females. - There are statistically significant differences in professional psychological burnout between the mean scores of nurses with short experience and those with long experience. - The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in occupational psychological burnout due to the social status. الكلمات المفتاحية: عربيّــة: الاحتراق النفسي المهني، الممرضين ، مرض السرطان إنجليزية: Professional psychological combustion, nurses, cancer
