Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور هيئات الدعم في مرافقة المقاولات النسوية في الجزائر، وإبراز أساليب المرافقة والتعليم المستخدمة في الجزائر من أجل انشاء وتفعليل المؤسّسات حتى تساهم في بناء تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية شاملة مع التركيز على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ANADE مغنية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أن متوسط مستوى المرافقة المقاولاتية يتناسب مع المقاولاتية النسوية، يوجد فروق بين المرافقة المقاولاتية والجنس، لا يوجد فروق بين المرافقة المقاولاتية وحالة المؤسسة. إن المرافقة المقاولاتية تعتبر شيء جديد في الجزائر حيث تم التوصل إلى أن المرافقة المادية دون الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أهمية منح المرافقة في مجال التسيير والمسائل القانونية وغيرها التي تمثل أحد الصعوبات التي تواجه المقاول Abstract : The studyaimed to assess the role of support organizations in accompaniment to women'sentrepreneurship in Algeria, and to highlight the methods of accompaniment and educationused in Algeria in order to establish and activate institutions sothattheycontribute to building comprehensiveeconomic and social development, with a focus on the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship ANADE Maghnia. The studyfoundseveralresultsthat the averagelevel of entrepreneurial escortisproportional to femaleentrepreneurship, there are differencesbetween entrepreneurial escort and gender, and there are differencesbetween entrepreneurial escort and the status of the enterprise. Contractualaccompanimentis a new thing in Algeria, whereitwasconcludedthat the materialaccompanimentwithouttakingintoaccount the importance of grantingaccompaniment in the field of management and legal issues and others, whichrepresents one of the difficultiesfacing the contractor
