محاولة تقييم مدى مساهمة إصلاح المنظومة الصحية بالجزائر في تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية في آفاق2015

Résumé: الملخص: يرتبط الحق في الصحة بالأهداف الإنمائية للألفية، كما يعتبر الوضع الصحي أحد مجالات التنمية البشرية ومكونا من مكونات مؤشرها، وبذلك فإن للقطاع الصحي حصة كبيرة في صلب القضايا التي يدور النقاش حولها حالياً، انطلاقا من ارتباطها الوثيق بموضوع الإصلاح الاقتصادي في البلاد. ويعاني قطاع الصحة في الجزائر العديد من التشوهات التي تراكمت على مدى سنوات طويلة، مما يستلزم تعميق الرؤية في هذا القطاع عند القيام بعملية تطوير السياسات المتعلقة بالصحة من أجل النهوض بصحة المواطن الجزائري. Summary: The right to health is linked to the Millennium Development Goals, as Health status is one of the areas of human development And part of the human development index components. Thus, the health sector has a large stake in the issues that the debate revolves around it proceeding from its close association with the issue of economic reform in the country. The health sector in Algeria suffers many of the distortions that have accumulated over many years, which requires deeper vision in this sector when carrying out policies on health development in order to promote the health of the Algerian citizen.
