في النظريات السوسيولوجية في التنظيم: النظرية البنائية-الوظيفية، اللّبنة الأولى في ميدان دراسة المنظمات

Résumé: تهدف هذهالدراسة الى ابراز دور النظرية البنائية-الوظيفية في بلورة علم الاجتماع المنظمات. ركزنا فيها على الاهمية التي شكلتها هذه النظرية بالنسبة لعلماء الاجتماع الذين درسوا المنظمات. فهذه النظرية وفرت لهؤلاء الباحثين الادوات النظرية و المنهجية لإعطاء بعدا سوسيولوجيا لهذه الدراسات التي شكلت الأسس الأولى لعلم الاجتماع المنظمات The purpose of thisstudywas to demonstrate the role of the theory of structural-functionalism in the development of the sociology of organizations. We have focused our analysis on the importance that this sociological theory represented for the sociologists who approched the study of organizations. And this first sociological theory in the field of the study of organizations provided these researchers with the theoretical and methodological tools necessary to do these studies. Consequently, these first sociological analyzes on organizations constitued the bases of the sociology of organizations.
