Résumé: هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور حوكمة الاستدامة الثلاثية (ESG) في تعزيز وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. تتناول الدراسة كيفية تأثير العوامل البيئية والاجتماعية وحوكمة الشركات على التنمية المستدامة من خلال تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي. كما تسلط الضوء على كيفية تكامل هذه العوامل في استراتيجيات الشركات والمستثمرين، وكيفية استخدامها لتحقيق توازن بين النمو الاقتصادي، الحفاظ على البيئة، وتعزيز رفاهية المجتمع. و أيضًا إلى تحليل التحديات التي قد تواجه الشركات في تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الاستدامة الثلاثية. Abstract: This studyaims to explore the role of Triple Bottom Line Governance (ESG) in promoting and achievingsustainabledevelopment goals. The study examines how environmental, social, and corporategovernancefactors influence sustainabledevelopment by improvingeconomic, social, and environmental performance. It alsohighlights how thesefactorsintegrateinto the strategies of companies and investors, and how theycanbeused to achieve a balancebetweeneconomicgrowth, environmental conservation, and communitywell-being. Additionally, the studyanalyzes the challenges companiesmay face in applying the principles of Triple Bottom Line Governance.
