تقييم دعم شركات التكنولوجيا المالية في الدول العربية -دراسة حالة شركات التكنولوجيا المالية المصرية-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى عرض آخر مستجدات التكنولوجيا المالية وشركاتها بالساحة المالية العربية، وإبراز أهمية الجهود التي تبذلها السلطات المالية في دعم شركات التكنولوجيا المالية، وهذا بأخذ التجربة المصرية كمثال لذلك باعتبارها دولة استطاعت البروز بشكل ملفت في هذا مجال. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية وضع استراتيجيات متناسقة ومناسبة للسوق المالي الذي تنشط فيه هذه الشركات، وكذا ضرورة الموازنة بين تطوير البنية التحتية من جهة وبناء الإطار التشريعي المشجع لتنظيم نشاط شركات التكنولوجيا المالية وتنظيم استخدام منتجاتها، كما وقفت الدراسة على دور التكوين والتثقيف المالي في خلق مجتمع رقمي يساعد هذه الشركات في أداء مهامها بالشكل المنوط بها. Abstract: The study aimed to present the latest developments in financial technology and its companies in the Arab financial arena, and to highlight the importance of the efforts made by the financial authorities in supporting financial technology companies, by taking the Egyptian experience as an example, as a country that was able to stand out remarkably in this field. Through this study, we have reached the importance of developing consistent and appropriate strategies for the financial market in which these companies are active, as well as the need to balance between developing the infrastructure on the one hand and building the encouraging legislative framework to regulate the activity of financial technology companies and regulate the use of their products. The study also focused on the role of training and education.Finance in creating a digital society that helps these companies to perform their tasks in the manner assigned to them.
