الروابط العرقية عبر حدودية كمحفز لانتشارية النزاع الداخلي: منطقة الساحل الإفريقي أنموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في الدور الذي تلعبه الروابط العرقية عبر الحدودية في تحفيز الطابع الانتشاري للنزاع الداخلي؛ حيث تتحول هذه الروابط لميكانيزم يرفع احتمال انتشار النزاع؛ من خلال تضامن المجموعات العرقية وتعلمها استراتجيا، إلى جانب خيارات القادة السياسيين و/ أو قادة التمرد للعب على الوتر العرقي، لكن يبقى التسليم بهذا الدور ممكنا وفقط في ظل بيئات داخلية غير مستقرة، وضمن سياقات إقليمية ودولية تنافسية، حال منطقة الساحل الإفريقي؛ التي تحولت فيها الروابط العرقية إلى آداة في يد عدة فواعل دولاتية وغير دولاتية، تحفز انتشارية النزاع الداخلي. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the role that cross-border ethnic ties play in stimulating the diffuse character of internal dispute. As these links turn into a mechanism that increases the potential for dispute diffusion; Through solidarity of ethnic groups and learning them strategically, as well as options for political leaders and / or rebel leaders to play on the ethnic chord, but this role remains possible in unstable internal environments, and within competitive regional and international contexts, as the Sahel; In which ethnic ties have become a tool in the hands of several actors, stimulating the diffusivity of internal dispute.
