أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الباحثين بمراكز البحث العلمي بالجزائر - دراسة ميدانية بمركز البحث العلمي و التقني للمناطق الجافة ( عمر برناوي) ببسكرة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الباحثين بمراكز البحث العلمي بالجزائر- دراسة حالة مركز البحث العلمي و التقني للمناطق الجافة ( عمر برناوي) ببسكرة-وتم استخدام الإستبيان كأداة للدراسة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الباحثين بالمركز والبالغ عددهم 56 باحث، وقد قمنا بتوزيع الاستبيان عليهم جميعا، وحصلنا على 36 استبانة صالحة للتحليل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن جودة الحياة الوظيفية تفسر 59 % من التغيرات الحاصلة في الالتزام التنظيمي. لذا توصي الدراسة بضرورة تحسين ظروف العمل المادية أكثر، وتوفير كل ما يساعد الباحث على أداء مهامه. This study aimed to demonstrate the effect of quality of work life on the organizational commitment of researchers in the scientific research centers in Algeria - a case study of the scientific and technical research center for arid regions (Omar Barnawi) in Biskra -. The study population consisted of all 56 researchers at the center, and we distributed the questionnaire to all of them, and we obtained 36 valid questionnaires for analysis. The study concluded many results, the most important of which is that the quality of the working life explains 59% of the changes in organizational commitment. Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of improving the material working conditions more, and providing everything that helps the researcher to perform his tasks.
