تأثير برامج التلفزيون الفضائي على ثقافة المجتمع دراسة على عينة من جمهور العاصمة

Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة ظاهرة تعرض أفراد مجتمعنا وإقبالهم على مشاهدة التلفزيون الفضائي الذي يعرض محتوى لا يتوافق مع طبيعة القيم والثقافة السائدة، والبعيد كل البعد عن أهداف مجتمعنا، من خلال بحث مدى التأثير الذي تحدثه الصور التي تعرضها مؤسسات التلفزيون الفضائي في إعادة تشكيل القيم الاجتماعية والثقافية للفرد الجزائري، في ظل واقع يتميز بتطور هائل في تكنولوجيات الاتصال، وصناعة جد متطورة استطاعت أن تغرق المجتمعات الضعيفة بمحتويات إعلامية متعارضة بشكل فاضح مع قيمها وثقافتها وأهدافها الاجتماعية، في مقابل ضعف كبير في صناعة المحتوى ــكمّا وكيفاــ الذي يكون قادرا على المنافسة، ويليق بخصوصياتها ويستجيب لأهدافها الاجتماعية. This paper addresses the phenomenon of exposure of our community members and their eagerness to watch satellite TV that displays content that does not correspond to the nature of the prevailing values and culture, and is far removed from the goals of our society, by examining the impact of the images presented by satellite television institutions on reshaping the social and cultural values of the individual The Algerian, in light of the reality characterized by tremendous development in communication technologies, and a very sophisticated industry that was able to sink vulnerable societies with media contents that are grossly inconsistent with their values, culture and social goals, in exchange for a significant weakness in Content efficiency- the quantity and quality of which is competitive, fit its privacy and respond to its social goals.
