دراسة تقييمية للاتصال الداخلي في مديرية الضرائب بورقلة دراسة ميدانية لعينة من العمال
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى الاتصال الداخلي في مديرية الضرائب لولاية ورقلة، حث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من العاملين في المؤسسة ، وتم الاستعانة على الاستبيان في جمع البيانات، وتم تفريغه ومعالجته باستخدام برنامج .SPSS وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها: مستوى الاتصال الداخلي في مديرية الظرائب ضعيف وغير مستمر، مما يؤدي لصعوبة في وصول المعلومة ونقلها ومعالجتها، مما يجعل الاتصال الداخلي غير فعال في مديرية الضرائب. The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of internal communication in the tax department of the state of Ouargla. The descriptive approach was used. This study was conducted on a sample of the employees of the institution. The questionnaire was used in collecting the data and was emptied and processed using SPSS This study has reached a number of results, including: The level of internal communication in the Directorate of Taxation is weak and non-continuous, which leads to difficulty in the access, transfer and processing of information, which makes internal communication ineffective in the Tax Directorate
