علماء المذهب الظاهري ببلاد المغرب وآثارهم العلمية خلال العهد الموحدي 6-7هـ /12-13م

Résumé: الملخص: يعالج هذا البحث موضوع الإسهامات العلمية لعلماء المذهب الظاهري في الغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط في القرنين السادس والسابع في فترة حكم دولة الموحدين بالمغرب, وتناولنا في البحث نشأة وبروز المذهب الظاهري بالمشرق ودخوله إلى الأندلس من القرن الثالث إلى غاية القرن الخامس. وركزنا في الدراسة على فترة حكم الموحدين التي عرفت انتشارا كبيرا للمذهب, وتبني السلطة السياسية له من خلال اهتمام الحكام بالعلم وتشجع العلماء على التأليف والكتابة فيه, فظهر العديد من العلماء الذين كان لهم دورا بارزا في إثراء الحركة العلمية, فقد برز الفقهاء والمفسرون والمحدثون والقراء واللغويون والشعراء والأدباء, وغيرهم من الذين ساهموا في بعث الحركة العلمية خلال هذه الفترة, كما يعالج الموضوع موقف الظاهريون من المذاهب المنتشرة الأخرى في بلاد المغرب مثل المذهب المالكي وموقفهم أيضا من الفرق الإسلامية والمتصوفة وأهل الذمة. Résumé : انجلزية Summary This research deals with the topic of the scientific contributions of al-Zahiriyyah’s scholars in the Islamic West during the medieval era in the sixth and seventh centuries during the period of the rule of the Almohad Caliphate in Morocco. In this research, we dealt with the emergence of al-Zahiriyyah in the East and its entry into Andalusia from the third century until the fifth century. In the study, we focused on the periods of the Almohads' rule, which witnessed a great spread of the sect and the adoption of political authority for it through the rulers’ interest in science, and the encouragement of scholars to write in it. So many scholars who had a prominent role in enriching the scientific movement emerged, including jurists, interpreters, modernists, readers, linguists, poets, writers, and others who contributed to reviving the scientific movement during this period. The topic also deals with the position of the al-Zahirists towards the other sects spread in the Maghreb like the Maliki sect, and their position also towards the Islamic sects, mystics, and dhimmis.
