السياسة الخارجية الليبية بعد 2011 "محدّدات وتحدّيات "

Résumé: يناقش هذا البحث تحديات السياسة الخارجية الليبية والتي شهدت تحولات جذرية بعد الأزمة الليبية في 2011 التي أطاحت بنظام معمر القذافي. يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف وتحليل محددات وتحديات السياسة الخارجية الليبية بعد الأزمة الليبية في عام 2011م، وذلك من خلال التركيز على عدّة محاور رئيسية، أهمّها إرث السياسة الخارجية السابقة، حيث يستعرض البحث التأثير الكبير للسياسة الخارجية السابقة للنظام الليبي بقيادة معمر القذافي، على التحولات الراهنة في السياسة الخارجية. وهشاشة مؤسسات الدولة، كذلك تسليط الضوء على التحديات التي تواجه مؤسسات الدولة في ليبيا بعد 2011، وكيف أثرت هذه الهشاشة على القدرة الليبية على تنفيذ السياسة الخارجية وتحقيق أهدافها Abstract: This paper discusses the challenges of Libyan foreign policy, which witnessed radical transformations after the Libyan crisis in 2011 that overthrew the regime of Muammar Gaddafi. This research aims to explore and analyze the determinants and challenges of Libyan foreign policy after the revolution in 2011, by focusing on several main axes, namely the legacy of the previous foreign policy, where the research reviews the significant impact of the previous foreign policy of the Libyan regime led by Muammar Gaddafi on the current transformations in foreign policy. The research sheds light on the challenges facing state institutions in Libya after the revolution, and how this fragility affected the Libyan ability to implement foreign policy and achieve its goals. .
