Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة واقع المسؤولية البيئية والاجتماعية في مقاطعة الوقود التابعة لشركة نفطال بولاية بشار، والقياس والإفصاح عنها محاسبيا، حيث استخدم في ذلك منهج دراسة حالة. إذ توصلت الدراسة إلى محدودية القياس المحاسبي للتأثيرات البيئية والاجتماعية للشركة بحكم أنها تتم على مستوى مديرية البيئة، أما إفصاحها عن الأداء الاجتماعي اقتصر على مجال الموارد البشرية، في حين أن الإفصاح عن الأداء البيئي تمثل في الرسوم والإتاوة التي تدفعها الشركة لغرض حماية البيئة. The study aimed to study the reality of environmental and social responsibility in the fuel district of the Naftal Company in the state of Bashar, and to measure and disclose it in an accounting manner, where a case study approach was used. The study found that accounting measurement of the company's social and environmental impacts was limited Since it is carried out at the level of the Environment Directorat, Whereas the disclosure of social performance was limited to the field of human resources, while disclosure of environmental performance represented the fees and royalties paid by the company for the purpose of protecting the environment.
