دور التدقيق الداخلي في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية (دراسة حالة مؤسسة البناء للجنوب الشرقي ورقلة من 20 مارس إلى 09 افريل 2022)
Résumé: هدفت دراستنا إلى إبراز دور التدقيق الداخلي في مؤسسة البناء للجنوب الشرقي ورقلة ، وما مدى مساهمته في تحسين أداءها؟ حيث قمنا بدراسة نظرية تناولنا فيها أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتدقيق الداخلي و تحسين الأداء وكذلك دراسة ميدانية معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج التجريبي و على أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في المقابلة الشخصية، والملاحظة، وكذلك استمارة استبيان وزعت على مجموعة من عمال المؤسسة. و من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أن للتدقيق الداخلي أهمية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة إذ تعتبر أداة أساسية لقيامها بدعم الإدارة العليا في اتخاذ مختلف القرارات Our study aimed to highlight the role of internal auditing in the construction institution for the southeast of Ouargla, and what is its contribution to improving its performance? Where we have studied a theory in which we dealt with the most important concepts related to internal auditing and improving performance As well as a field study, relying on the experimental method and on the study tools represented in the personal interview, observation, as well as a questionnaire form distributed to a group of employees of the institution. Among the most important results that we reached are: Internal audit is important in the organization under study, as it is considered an essential tool for supporting senior management in taking various decisions
