Résumé: ان قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة يعتبر من ركائز الاقتصاد الوطني ، لذلك فإن الجزائر بذلت مجهودات معتبرة للنهوض بهذا القطاع و تطويره ، من خلال جملة من الاصلاحات بهدف اخراجه من الصعوبات و المشاكل التي تواجهه خاصة التمويلية منها. و بتزايد الاهتمام بهذا النوع من المؤسسات أضحى جليا دورها الفعال في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية عن طريق توفير مناصب الشغل و جذب و تعبئة المدخرات و تنمية الصادرات.
