انعكاسات تقلبات أسعار البترول على مؤشرات السياسة المالية دراسة حالة الجزائر من 2000 إلى 2015
Résumé: في ظل التقلبات الحادة والمفاجئة التي تتعرض لها أسعار البترول في أسواق البترول العالمية و تداعياتها على السياسات الاقتصادية للجزائر ، تهدف هذا الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أسعار البترول بالانخفاض(صدمة نفطية ) أو الارتفاع ( طفرات نفطية) على بعض أدوات السياسة المالية (الإيرادات العامة ،النفقات العامة ، الموازنة العامة للدولة ( في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2000 م الى 2015 ، أثبت لنا الدراسة بأن المتغيرات المالية ترتبط بشكل كبير بأسعار البترول سواء بالارتفاع أو الانخفاض أي أن هناك علاقة طردية بينهما ما يعني أن تقلب أسعار البترول بالانخفاض يترك أثر سلبي على دور السياسة المالية في الجزائر و العكس صحيح .In light of the sharp and sudden fluctuations that have the price of oil in the world oil markets and their repercussions on the economic policies of Algeria This study aims to know the effect of oil prices on oil (oil shocks ) or rise (oil Mutations) on some of the tools of financial Policy (public revenues, public expenditure, state budget). In Algeria during the period from 2000 to 2015, the study proved that the financial variables are strongly related to oil prices, whether rising or falling That is, there is a direct relationship between them, which means that the fluctuation of oil prices decline has a negative impact on the role of financial Policy in Algeria and vice versa
