انعكاسات التمويل غير التقليدي على الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل تقلبات أسعار النفط خلاب الفترة 2010-2019

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح كيفية عمل آلية التمويل غير التقليدي في الجزائر وفق تعديلات القوانين والتنظيمات المعمول بها، وكذلك إبراز الأوضاع الاقتصادية قبل وأثناء تبني هذه الآلية وكيف حاولت الحكومة من خلالها تحفيز الاقتصاد الوطني والمعيقات التي واجهتها في تحقيق ذلك. لقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر قامت بتبني آلية التمويل غير التقليدي رغم عدم وصول السياسة النقدية إلى حدودها وبالرغم من طباعة مقدار كبير من الأموال إلا انه تم التخلي عنها بسبب عدم فاعليتها. كلمات مفتاحية: تمويل غير تقليدي، سياسة نقدية، متغيرات كلية، الجزائر. تصنيفات JEL: E58، E52، G01. Abstract: This study aimed to clarify how the unconventional financing mechanism works in Algeria according to the amendments of the law and regulations in force. As well as highlight the economic conditions of the laws and regulations in force, as this mechanism, and how the government tried through it to stimulate the national economy and the obstacles it faced in achieving this. This study concluded that Algeria adopted the unconventional financing mechanism despite the lack of monetary policy reaching its borders and despite the printing of a large amount of money, but it was abandoned due to its ineffectiveness.
