التفاعل بين السينما الجزائرية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية الناشئة: تحليل شمولي في السياقات السياسية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، النفسية، والثقافية

Résumé: ملخص: تشكل السينما الجزائرية مرآةً تعكس التحولات الجوهرية التي تمر بها المجتمعات، حيث تتفاعل مع السياقات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بمختلف أبعادها. في هذا الإطار، يطرح البحث إشكاليةً مركزيةً تتمحور حول طبيعة التفاعل بين السينما الجزائرية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية الناشئة، وكيفية تشكُل هذا التفاعل في ظل شبكة معقدة من العوامل السياسية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والنفسية، والثقافية. تبرز الإشكالية من خلال التساؤل عن مدى تأثير هذه المؤسسات الناشئة -كالشركات النفطية، ومنصات البث الرقمي، وشركات الإنتاج المحلية- على المضامين الفنية والرسائل الثقافية للأفلام، وكيف تُعيد السينما بدورها تشكيل الهوية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لهذه المؤسسات. يهدف البحث إلى تحليل شمولي لهذا التفاعل، بغية فهم آلياته وتداعياته على المستويين الثقافي والاقتصادي، مع التركيز على السياق الجزائري الذي يتسم بتحولات سياسية متسارعة واقتصاد هش يعتمد على الموارد الطبيعية. وتكمن أهمية البحث في كشفه عن دور السينما كأداة ثقافية فاعلة في تشكيل الوعي المجتمعي، وفي الوقت ذاته كقطاع اقتصادي يتأثر بسياسات التمويل والتوزيع. اعتمد البحث منهجًا نوعيًا يجمع بين التحليل السياقي للبيانات الثانوية (تقارير، سياسات حكومية) والدراسات السينمائية النقدية، مع إجراء مقابلات مع صناع الأفلام ومسؤولي المؤسسات الاقتصادية. من أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها أن التفاعل بين الطرفين يتسم بالتباين؛ فبينما تسعى المؤسسات الاقتصادية لاستغلال السينما كوسيلة لتعزيز صورتها التجارية، تُوظف السينما هذه العلاقة لتجاوز تحديات التمويل مع الحفاظ على خطاب نقدي تجاه القضايا الاجتماعية. كلمات مفتاحية: السينما الجزائرية، المؤسسات الاقتصادية الناشئة، التحليل الشمولي، السياسات الثقافية، الاقتصاد الإبداعي. Abstract: Algerian cinema serves as a mirror reflecting the fundamental transformations experienced by societies, interacting with political, economic, and social contexts in all their dimensions. Within this framework, the research addresses a central problem that revolves around the nature of the interaction between Algerian cinema and emerging economic institutions, and how this interaction is shaped within a complex network of political, economic, social, psychological, and cultural factors. The problem emerges through questioning the extent to which these emerging institutions such as oil companies, digital streaming platforms, and local production companies influence the artistic content and cultural messages of films, and how cinema, in turn, reshapes the economic and social identity of these institutions. The research aims to provide a holistic analysis of this interaction to understand its mechanisms and implications on cultural and economic levels, focusing on the Algerian context, characterized by rapid political transformations and a fragile economy reliant on natural resources. The significance of the study lies in its revelation of cinema’s role as both an active cultural tool shaping societal awareness and an economic sector influenced by funding and distribution policies. The study adopts a qualitative methodology, combining contextual analysis of secondary data (reports, government policies) and critical film studies, alongside interviews with filmmakers and officials from economic institutions. Among the key findings is that the interaction between the two parties is marked by disparity: while economic institutions seek to exploit cinema as a means to enhance their commercial image, cinema leverages this relationship to overcome funding challenges while maintaining a critical discourse on social issues.
