دور الوكالات السياحية في تنشيط قطاع السياحة في الاقتصاد الجزائري (دراسة حالة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة الوكالات السياحية في تنشيط قطاع السياحة، وقد خلصت إلى أن الجزائر تسعى جاهدة لتطوير السياحة من خلال المؤسسات والمشاريع السياحية، من بينها الوكالات السياحية التي لها دور فعال في قطاع السياحة حيث أنها تربط بين العرض السياحي والطلب السياحي، وتفعيلها يساهم في تنشيط حركة السياحة باستقطاب الزبائن وتسويق المنتوج المحلي وتنويع مداخيل الاقتصاد، لكن لحد الآن لم ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب فنشاط العديد من الوكالات السياحية بالجزائر يقتصر على السياحة الخارجية وخدمات الحج والعمرة وهذا بسبب غياب البنية التحية ونقص الثقافة السياحية، مما يستوجب على الدولة إعادة النظر في النقائص وإعطاء أهمية أكثر لها والاستغلال الأمثل للثروات السياحية. The activity of many tourism agencies in Algeria is limited to foreign tourism, Hajj and Umrah services, and this is due to the absence of the infrastructure and the lack of tourism culture, which requires the state to reconsider the deficiencies and give more importance to them and the optimal use of tourism wealth.
