Résumé: تمثلت أهداف هذه الدراسة في التعرف على فاعلية التحول إلى التعليم الالكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 على طلبة المحاسبة في الجامعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة وقد توصل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها وجود تأثير للتحول إلى التعليم الالكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كوفيد على مهارات ومستوى تحصيل الطلبة، وتحقيق التعليم الالكتروني لهدف استمرار العملية التعليمية خلال جائحة كوفيد 19، ووجود عدد من الصعوبات التي تواجه التعليم الالكتروني The objectives of this study were to investigate the effectiveness of switching to electronic education via distance learning in light of the Covid-19 pandemic on accounting students in Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip The researcher has reached conclusions, the most important of which are the effect of switching to electronic learning in light of the Covid 19 pandemic on the skills and level of student achievement, and the achievement of e-learning for the purpose of continuing the educational process during the Covid 19 pandemic, and the presence of a number of difficulties facing e-learning
