قراءات حول تبني صيغة الجامعة الريادية و تكريس ثقافة ريادة الأعمال
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول ظاهرة ريادة الأعمال التي تسعى الجامعة منذ فترة إلى انتهاجها كصيغة تتبناها. و هذا من خلال التعرض لمفهوم الريادة و أبعادها و أهدافها. و كيفية نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بين الطلاب ، و تأهيل التعليم الريادي و استراتيجياته. و قد توصلت الدراسة لإبراز الإطار الإرشادي و أليات التبني لصيغة الجامعة الريادية. و حددت متطلبات التعليم الريادي. كما أوضحت الدور الهام لهيئة التدريس في نشر الثقافة الريادية. This study aims to shed the light on the enterpreneurship phenomenon, which the university seeks to adopt, through the exposure to the concept of enterpreneurship and its dimensions and goals.In addition to , how to share entrepreneurship culture among students , also, qualify entrepreneurship education and its strategies. this study highlights the guiding framework and adoption mechanism to entrepreneurial university formula . It identifies the requirements of entrepreneurial education. Furthermore, it clarifies the major role of faculty members in the spread of entrepreneurial culture.
