أثر قرار الإستثمار على تعظيم ثروة المساهمين– دراسة قياسية لعينة من الشركات المدرجة في مؤشر Nasdaq 100 –

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى الإدراة المالية الحديثة إلى التركيز على هدف تعظيم ثروة المساهمين من خلال توجيه القرارت المالية لخدمة هذا الهدف. لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير قرار الإستثمار على تعظيم ثروة المساهمين ل46 شركة مدرجة في مؤشر Nasdaq100 الأمريكي خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2009 إلى 2020 بإستخدام نموذج الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد بالإعتماد على طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من قرار الإستثمار والسعر السوقي للسهم على القيمة السوقية المضافة، في حين هناك تأثير سلبي للتمويل عن طريق القروض على القيمة السوقية المضافة، أما نسبة السيولة فلا يوجد تأثير، وعليه فقرار الإستثمار يدعم هدف تعظيم ثروة المساهمين. كلمات مفتاحية: قرار الإستثمار، تعظيم ثروة المساهمين ، القيمة السوقية المضافة ، بيانات البانل . Abstract: Financial management seeks to focus on the goal of maximizing the wealth of shareholders by directing financial decisions to serve this objective. Therefore, this study aims to know the impact of the investment decision on maximizing the shareholders' wealth for 46 companies listed in the US Nasdaq100 Index during the period 2009 and 2020 using a multiple linear regression model based on the method of ordinary least squares OLS. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of both the investment decision and the market price of the stock on the market value added MVA, while there is a negative impact of financing through loans on the added market value. However, the liquidity ratio, have no effect; therefore, the investment decision supports the goal of maximizing the wealth of shareholders. .
