Résumé: Abstract: Modern technologies introduce new challenges to legislative systems and public policies, particularly in the realm of family protection and stability. This research paper seeks to examine the influence of technology on family structures and to analyze how legislative systems are adapting to these transformations. Additionally, it aims to identify potential improvements in public policies to better address the needs of families in the digital age. The study includes an analysis of the effects of technological advancements on family dynamics within Algerian society, alongside an evaluation of the legislative system's response to the challenges posed by these technologies. Moreover, it assesses the effectiveness of existing public policies in safeguarding family stability amidst rapidly evolving technological landscapes. The paper also explores the sociological and legal implications of technological changes on family dynamics, examining how both the legislative system and public policies respond to these developments. It discusses the positive and negative impacts of technology on familial relationships and highlights the challenges faced by families in the digital era. Ultimately, the study aims to propose strategies for adapting legislative frameworks and public policies to these ongoing transformations, providing recommendations for enhancing laws and policies to better support Algerian families in the context of continuous technological advancement.
